Description of holiday house in Sadillac, Aquitaine
Set in a small hamlet within easy reach of the riverside town of Bergerc. The house dates back some 300 years ago and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The spacious and comfortably furnished accommodation can cater for up to 8 people.
Le Coin is surrounded by beautiful open countryside, woodland and, in the summer, fields of sunflowers. The gardens is small and private with large terrace and 8 x 4 metre pool. There is a small village square with host a number of event throughout the summer

The Ground floor which is tiled throughout has:
• A Spacious and comfortably furnished, living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric fan oven and separate gas hob, electric kettle, etc. A large selection of videos and cds are available also.
• There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with on-suite bathrooms. A further house bathroom facilitates the 2 other bedrooms.
French doors lead out from the lounge onto a paved patio with table, chairs and a barbecue, overlooking the gardens and pool.
Parking is also available for 2 cars.
