Situated in the quiet "Borik" ("Pinewood") area of the famous and picturesque town of Rovinj, our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are welcome. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes on foot (250 m) either on the wood path or through the village. The center of the town with its mideaval narrow houses is only 2,5 km away.
You can choose between a separate 3-room-house for 4-6 people with a big terrace, a 2-room and a 1-room apartments, both with balconies with garden furniture, all equipped with kitchen utensils, digital Sat-TV, WiFi Internet etc.
The holiday house for 4 - 6 people has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a toilette and a big terrace on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony on the first floor. Digital Sat-TV, oven, fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sunshades. Direct approach to garden, specially suitable for families with children.
The apartment A2+2 is situated on the first floor of the adjacent house. It consists of one double bedroom with a balcony, one living room with 2 sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit, Air Conditioning, digital Sat-TV, a bathroom and another balcony. Both balconies are equipped with garden furniture and sunshades.
The studio S2 is situated on the same floor and is suitable for 2 people. It is a double bedroom with digital Sat-TV, Air conditioning and mini-kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony with garden furniture and sun shade.
WiFi Internet available at no extra charge. Washing possibility in the basement of the house.
