Description of holiday house in Rincon de la Victoria, Andalucia

Instead of heading west from Malaga airport to the usual Spanish holiday areas. Why not head East and sample the delights of the real Spain with its stunning mountain scenery, typically Spanish white villages and miles and miles of beaches. Situated approx 20km from Malaga Airport the property is a lovely south facing 3 bedroom town house on a private gated urbanization 3 mins drive from the beach. With its own fenced decked/courtyard, BBQ and lovely 'al fresco' eating area overlooking the communal gardens and pools it makes it a ideal holiday property for families or couples alike and a great location for discovering some of the unspoiled areas of Spain.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite with bath/shower, wc, bidet and vanity unit, fitted wardrobesand private balcony.Bedding, towels and even hairdryer are provided. 2 further twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a further bathroom with bath/shower,wc, bidet and vanity unit and a further shower room on the bottom floor with shower,wc and vanity unit. All the bathrooms have shaver points and lighted mirrors over the sink.

The lounge/dining is overlooking the lovely communal gardens and swimming pools With a private balcony, tables and chairs.
For your enjoyment there isfreeview TV, DVD player with assortment of films, CD player with assortment of CD's
Books & good old fashioned family games are provided
Fans.
Heating for winter lets.

Large fully fitted kitchen withh oven,hob,dishwasher,fridge/freezer, etc All equipt for 6 people.
There is a seperate utility room on the basement floor with sink, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airers

The property has its own south facing decked/courtyard area with a lovely "Al Fresco" eating area overlooking the pools and communal gardens. This area of the property is very popular with our guests. There is a BBQ and CD player also provided for your enjoyment.
Sun loungers are also provided.

Could we please ask that you provide your own pool and beach towels.

The roof top solarium is a great place for the serious sun worshiper to top up your tan, or wind down at the end of the day and watch the sun go down with your gin and tonic.

Sun beds & parasol are provide.

There are 2 fully enclosed pool area's on the urbanization, each having 1 large pool and 1 splash pool for the children. One of the large pools is a 20 metre swimming pool and there is a lifeguard during the season. Both areas are very well maintained and have parasols for shade and showers.

Due to the temperature of the water and spanish laws the pool areas are open from Mid May to end September, obviously the sea is open all year round if you are bold enough to swim in it.
Poolside mats are provided for your convenience.

The size of the property makes it a ideal holiday property for families or couples alike and a great location for discovering some of the unspoiled areas of Spain

Situated approx 20km from the Airport Rincon de la Victoria is an ideal holiday spot for families or couples alike and a great location for discovering some of the unspoiled areas of Spain.

Many of the low cost airline come into Malaga airport and we can recommed a very good, reliable car hire company, which we use all the time ourselves. Car hire is recommended.

From Rincon itself there is a great local bus service taking you along the coast and into the mountain villages, these are a great way to get around if you dont want to use your car. Malaga is 25 minutes by bus a lovely drive along the coast to the port or the main bus terminal. The go about every 20 minutes from Rincon and it beats trying to find a parking spot and the last bus back in the evening is about 10.30pm. Going the other way you can get along the coast to Nerja and then up into the white villages, Frigliana, Competa, Periana etc.
