    Description

    The Chapel is the largest of our 3 self catering properties and is impressively spacious. It has 3 large bedrooms which can easily sleep between 2 and 13 guests. It's the perfect place for entertaining both friends and family and is quite unique in that all guests can enjoy each others company in the beautifully spacious lounge which is 13 metre long. The lounge also accommodates a full size pool table, a 50 inch television (husbands idea of course), a Wii and xbox 360 which should keep everyone happy, if not quiet.

    Some guests even hire all three properties which in total can accommodate up to 22 adults, for a friends or family holiday or get together, and the size of The Chapel lounge makes it a pleasure to host these memorable occasions.

    The well equipped open plan kitchen on the first floor was designed for entertaining, and the gorgeous first floor bedroom with its rich thick burgundy carpet, high ceiling, chandelier, king size 4 poster bed, and of was designed for romance. Not forgetting of course the ensuite. Some guests even forget to bring the family and hire The Chapel just for themselves! However, if you do need to bring the family, there is no the addition of a leather Chesterfield sofa bed so that the room can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.

    On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms oozing character, with high ceilings, exposed beams and far reaching views over the open country side! Both bedrooms have 6 foot super king zip link beds which can remain as a large bed or be divided into 2, 3 foot single beds, their own en suite and, a 22 inch television with an inbuilt dvd. In addition we have 3 portable beds that can be placed in either of the top floor bedrooms. We also have travel cots and high chairs available for the younger visitors.

    The Chapel also has its own garden with a seating area, and there is even a tennis court size hard surface play area close to The Chapel which has a basket ball net, where those with lots of energy can let off steam.

    The Chapel has been given a Gold 4 Star rating from Visit England (2021).

    There are lots of water sports locally from windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing and hovercraft racing as well as fishing trips and trips on boats to see the seals or the wind turbines. There is also lovely coastal, rural and historic walks and cycle rides, or you could just sit on the beach and play sand castles. You will be spoilt for choice with the amount of things there are to do locally.

    Local events

    There are lots of free events and attractions from Dickens Week and Folk Week in July and August in Broadstairs, to watching the International kite competition and Volley Ball competition in Margate just to mention a few.
