    Description

    Soula Beach House is a spacious 2-bedroom house and just 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Green Bay Beach with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.
    It has been renovated recently to very high standards and is now highly rated. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished with taste and care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a full range of English, Russian and some European channels.
    The first-floor features one bedroom with a double bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.
    The small garden area is nicely arranged and includes a BBQ.
    Overall Soula Beach House is ideal for a family holiday. It is in one of the best locations of Protaras, Green Bay, just 5 minutes' walk to the Beach. Central Protaras is about 1.3km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, ATM, water sports, organized beach and much more.
    We try to keep our rates as low as possible. In fact, you can have the whole house for the price of a Hotel room. Soula Beach House over the years has become very popular and is usually fully booked. Over the years we have secure several regular quests coming year after year. For this reason, we recommend early booking.

    Location description

    Protaras is situated between Cavo Grecko and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of sandy beach. The weather in Protaras is warm all year round with the summers long and hot and the short winters, mild.

    Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement parks and night time entertainment. A great experience for all the family would be to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters.

    Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top.

    Soula Beach House offer peace and tranquility, superb facilities and an ideal location which does not require car hire to enjoy the local surroundings. It is highly rated, we offer very competitive prices and usually is booked. You can have the whole house for the price of a hotel room. Early booking is recommended.
    The nearest grocery store and typical Greek cafe are just a 5 minute stroll away. 5 minutes walk will bring you to the beach. Protaras centre is 1 Km away and you will find Bars, restaurants, banks, souvenir shops in abundance. Cavo Maris Hotel is within a short walking distance of Soula Beach House.

    If you have GPS locate Tassou Isaak Street Protaras and set as destination. Follow instructions
    As you exit Larnaca airport you are on the A3. Drive for about 55 Km.
    At the end of A3 at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto E306
    After 1.3 Km at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Κάβο Γκρέκο
    Drive for 6 Km and you will see Cavo Zoe Beach Hotel and Maistros Hotel on your right. After 300 meters take the first right hand exit.This is Tassou Isaak Street.Soula Beach House is number 5 on your left.
