The townhouse has a central staircase accessing all floors. The kitchen, living/dining room (with sofa bed) is on the ground floor. The three bedrooms (1 double en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin) are on the first floor along with a full bathroom suite. The second floor landing leads to the roof terrace with relaxing loungers and lovely views.

The private roof terrace, balconies and patio provide ideal outdoor areas for socialising or relaxation in the sun. A selection of board games and books is available. Gas central heating throughout and traditional Portuguese wood burning fireplace in the living/dining room, allow this property to be very comfortable during the winter months.

Location description

The local beach, Praia da Areia Branca (5 mins easy walk), is a long, sweeping sandy beach suitable for bathing and surfing. Idyllic sheltered and peaceful coves can be found just minutes drive along the coast. Excellent surf beaches both north and south of the area, including the famous 'Supertubos' near Peniche (10-15 mins drive).

Only 45-50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and just south of the larger holiday town and fishing port of Peniche. Praia da Areia Branca is only a 5 minute drive from the larger town of Lourinha, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops and plenty of restaurants this is a lovely and convenient getaway.

Overall, the area offers an extensive choice of beaches, historical towns and national park, appealing to visitors of all ages and interests.
