No 5 Stifanici is a delightfully traditional yet modern 200 year old stone house, occupying 3 floors, and has been restored to a very high standard and tastefully furnished in keeping with its style; from the huge super king size beds and luxury furnishings to the marble radiators that adorn the walls in each room.

Its beauty extends outside to both the front and back gardens and the amazing sea views that can be seen from all 3 floors of the house. Landscaped, enlcosed gardens with a private pool (6 x 4m) in the rear with a large covered terrace with a traditional wooden table and benches seating 10/12 people. Sun loungers, a stone BBQ and outside lighting allow for full use of this fun outside space. In addition to this there is private parking to the front of the house together with a separate terrace with sea views that can be enjoyed along with our own Olive and Fig tress, vibrant Budlea and lavender plants to complete the peace and quiet. You can enjoy a cool glass of wine whilst enjoying our views seated at our quaint iron table and chairs.

The house has also has two brand new, luxury bathrooms. Both complete with large luxury rain showers and beautiful Indian Slate tiles.

Stifanici is a quiet Istrian farming village allowing for a quiet and relaxing holiday for all; peaceful enough for rest but in a good spot to explore all local attractions and sights within easy reach. There is a local Konaba restaurant a pleasant 10 min stroll down country lanes and small shops 3 mins drive in Sv. Lovrec and Baderna for basic groceries. This property is perfectly situated to explore Istria. Historic Porec with its ancient Bascilica, harbour, restaurants, shops and beaches is only 10 minutes drive away. The medieval towns of Rovinj and Pula a respective 20 and 30 minute drive. Whilst the beautiful Limski Fjord Canal, with its amazing fish restaurants, beach and caves only 10 mins.

This house allows all that stay there, to experience life in a real Istrian farming village and we look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Situated in a quaint and traditional Istrian farming village, 10 minutes from historic Porec with it's fabulous harbour, restaurants and bars and within easy driving distance to all other wonderful sights and attractions.

Stifanici is a quiet, restful village that give all who stay here a taste of Istrian life.
