We built Alilea Villas on the beautiful island of Evia, nearby Politika village. Alilea is located only 200 meters from the sea with wonderful views of the Evian gulf.

Six private, self-catered, traditional stone houses of high standards which offer a relaxing natural environment and the modern comforts of a fully equipped home. All year around.

Whether you are looking to spend some quality time with friends or family, have a break from today’s hectic lifestyle, explore the unspoilt Greek sea and countryside; you will be satisfied.

If you want to retreat to seclusion in a peaceful natural environment then this is for you. Enjoy a barbeque lunch or dinner in the large garden overlooking the Evian Gulf. Relax and sip some local wine. Go for a hike or a ride. Lie on a beautiful pebble beach. Swim or snorkle in the warm waters of the Evian Gulf. On cold winter evenings cocoon by the open fire and enjoy the ever peaceful environment.

Location description

Alilea Villas are set in an area called Theotokos which is just outside Politika village. The villas are within a 8000sq.m. olive grove and surrounded by rich and beautiful nature. Theotokos is a sparingly built seaside area that is ideal for relaxation.

Other activities

For you who love swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling and horse riding it will be the perfect place that combines sea and mountain. Great hiking possibilities throughout the whole year in the unspoilt hinterland with mountains (up to 1740 m high!), shady valleys, streams and springs.
