Megas Alexandros has a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and bridge which is a major feature on this stunning development. The shared pool is heated in the winter months and there are steps leading to the shallow area for your easy access. The pool is surrounded by well maintained landscaped gardens and you can access the area from the terrace of the house. For your convenience there are changing rooms with wc and showers at the pool. There is also a carport to the side of the house for secure parking and additional on road parking.

The accommodation comprises of:
The living area of the house is bright and spacious with sofa (double sofa bed) and 2 armchairs, TV and DVD, dining furniture and guest wc. Large patio doors lead to the sizeable sun terrace with plenty of room for dining al fresco or relaxing on sun loungers. There is easy access to the pool from the terrace.

The stylish fully fitted kitchen in cherry wood has granite worktops, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob. There is a washing machine and a microwave. The house has air conditioning throughout which can be used as heaters in the winter months.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom finished in stylish Italian tiles. It has a bath, shower and wc.

Location description

Paphos
Paphos is a year round holiday destination with a long season due to the glorious weather. There is something for everyone: watersports, Aphrodite water park, beaches, historical sites, skiing in the winter, yachting, cruising, horse trekking, fabulous food, friendly locals. Banks, supermarkets, hospital and Internet cafes are all within easy reach. The beach next to the deluxe Elysium Hotel is a short walk away and watersports can be found at Coral Bay. The house is also an ideal base for golfers who wish use the three nearby championship golf courses. Megas Alexandros is located near The Tomb of The Kings area with its bustling nightlife. The Old Town and the pretty harbour at Kato Paphos are just a few minutes drive away.

Paphos District
Paphos is a World Heritage site and boasts many biblical and roman antiquities, the Tombs of the Kings as well as monasteries galore. Local wine tasting is a popular pastime and many local wineries are within driving distance. The island abounds with wild life, reptiles and birds. All can be found locally or in the preserved Akamas Nature Reserve (great for “off road” driving) including the famous Lara Bay Turtle beach.

The Troodos Mountains and Kykkos monastery are great for a day out where you can ski on Mount Olympus in season in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.

Golf Cyprus is the new jewel in the crown for golfers. There are 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, par 71/72 within easy reach of the villa. Tsada Golf Club is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Secret Valley Golf course is 18km from Paphos and the new Aphrodite Hills golf course is only just a little further on. Scuba diving, fishing and water sports of every description are available in and around Paphos as well as the Paphos Waterpark, the Paphos Bird Park/Zoo and not forgetting Snake Georges at Coral Bay. There are two go karting arenas, 10 pin bowling, cinemas, and green bowling at club level welcomes visitors.
