Description of holiday house in Nerja, Andalucia

Originally a small house with a shed, this is one of the few townhouses surviving Nerja's constant flow of tourists.

When the owners bought the property a few years ago, they decided to respect its character by converting the shed into a refreshing bedroom with a bathroom and by converting the patio into a wonderful, relaxing oasis. The main advantage remains its location, as it is walking distance from shops, bars, restaurant terraces, beaches and the touristic center. It is ideal for those who wish to integrate into the town's habits, yet getting a chance to rest at siesta time or read a book on the roof terrace, under its pergola. The interior is quite spacious and is fully fitted with main accomodations.

The house has two floors. In the groundfloor is the kitchen, a living room(not too big but enough) and a double bedroom. From the livingroom we cross the patio and we have another room with a small bathroom ensuite. The patio has a stairs and bring us to a moorish terrace very well furnished, where we can enjoy of calming evenings.
In the second floor, a bathroom and a big doubleroom with balcony facing to the street. From this floor we have access to another terrace(smaller) on the top.

Location description

Nerja is a very popular turistic place in Malaga province.It is very well situated if you like to make one day excursions to Granada, Córdoba or any other point in Andalucia. It keeps the charm and the architecture of a small village and offers at the same time all the amenities and activities for the holiday.Nice people and good weather! Near to Sierra Nevada in Granada if you like skiing(1 and 1/2 h. distance)
