    Location description

    Moraira is a picturesque Spanish village and small fishing village at half way between Alicante and Valencia, in the "Costa Blanca" coast.

    The village has many shops and restaurants. This area, with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, holds the best all year round climate in Europe according to the World Health Organisation.

    So you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the Sun most of the time.

    The coast and the position of the mountains surrounding, provided us a microclimate with an average yearly temperature of 18şC.

    This makes it possible to enjoy for a long time in the year of little rocky coves and wider beaches with fine sand and clear, calm waters. They also have an unbeatable range of services and an excellent, quality which is internationally recognised.

    Year after year our beaches are being awarded a blue flag by the European Community.

    The disadvantage of Moraira are the high prices of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Moraira is a village a lot of rich people in Madrid, Valencia and England, Germany, Switzerland, etc. have their summer homes, and this drives up prices.

    At roundabout (3.6 km) turn right for Teulada. At end of Teulada (5.3km) keep right direction Moraira. You are driving downhill towards the sea.

    Entering on Saturday and leaving the following Saturday in summer months.

    The price includes: Fully equipped accommodation, linen (sheets and towels), water, electricity and final house cleaning.

    EXTRA payment
    CENTRAL HEATING: In Spring/Autumn you can maximum use energy of 125 kwh. per week.
    If maximum use energy per week is exceedees, you will pay a supplement of €0.21 (VAT including) per kwh. to deduct from the Guarantee Deposit.
    If maximum use energy per week is not exceedees, we will refund you the difference of €0.17 (VAT excluded) per kwh.

    PAYMENTS METHOD ACCEPTED:
    We accept payments via, bank transfer and cash.
    1st payment, 40% at confirmation of booking.
    2nd payment, 30% 42 days before arrival.
    3rd payment, 30% in cash and guarantee deposite refundable in cash on handing over of keys.

    If you making a booking 42 days before arrival, payments will be 50% at confirmation and 50% in cash and guarantee deposit refundable upon hand over of keys.
