    Paradise Palms Jamaica is a Self Catering Holiday Vacation Rental accommodation which provides a great holiday experience in a quiet, residential area. Located approximately 10 minutes from Montego Bay Airport and 7 minutes drive away from the main shopping centres "MegaMart", cinemas, pharmacies, restaurants "The Native", "Margaritaville" and the famous Mobay "Hip Strip", "Doctor's Cave Beach", Cornwall Beach, "Aqua Sol Beach and Water Sport" along the North Coast of Jamaica.

    There is off street parking for cars with secure fencing around the property. The garden is well maintained and reaps lovely seasonal fruits from its trees. There is also an array of exotic fruits, beautiful tropical plants and flowers. This property is a secure and gated and is suitable for young children and also has a wide space for them to play and have fun. There are route taxis transportation available just outside the property. People who have stayed at the property stated that it's like, "home away from home"

    Lounge/Living Room
    Paradise Palms Jamaica has a large and spacious lounge with a three piece suite (seats 6 persons) where you can sit and relax. We provide Internet with Wi Fi, Satellite TV, DVD player (with assorted films), and a music station. The lounge opens up to the large veranda.

    Kitchen/Dining Room
    Paradise Palms Jamaica has large a fully fitted and equipped kitchen available with a large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Cooker, Toaster, Blender, Cutlery, and assorted cooking utensils. There are 2 large rooms dining room with dining table (seat 6 persons) to choose from to sit and eat or you can sit and enjoy your food or drinks on the large veranda which has a table and chairs and seats 6 persons. There is also a 240v socket available to use. You may choose to hire our cook for breakfast & dinner whilst you just relax.

    Bedrooms
    There are currently 3 large clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms available at Paradise Palms Jamaica. Each room sleeps 2 people. In total we accommodate 6 persons. Each room has its own en-suite bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air condition. There are ceiling and free standing fans for your comfort. All bedrooms consists of bedside table with lamps and closets and chest drawers which is ideal for storing your clothing. Please see Contract/ Rates & Policies for all pricing of the rooms options and the choice of choosing rooms with or without Air Con.

    Bathrooms
    There are three en-suites bathroom which provides (bath and shower) with hot/cold water, hair dryer and towels. The bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the decor compliments the bedrooms. Each bathroom has cupboard storage space which you can store your toiletries.

    Outdoor Facilities
    One of the most beautiful feature that Paradise Palms Jamaica has is the architectural design of the property. It boasts high beam ceilings and a long veranda that runs the length of the property and overlooks the beautiful Caribbean sea and beautiful scenery. There is ample parking for three cars and large enough open space for children to play. There are a variety of season fruit trees (Mangoes, Apples, Banana, Plantain, Ackee, Plums, Sour Sop, Avocado, Breadfruit, Lime, Coconut and Orange) and a display of colourful tropical plants, herbal plants and flowers. The veranda has power points and the garden is well lit at nights. The property is properly secures all around with security fencings. also an outdoors Bar-b-que should you wish to have some jerk chicken.

    The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a clothe line with pegs available to use. Guests have the option to have their laundry, ironing and cleaning done by our trusted and reliable housekeeper Carol for a reasonable cost.

    Booking Policies
    We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal which is our preferred payment option as this is both secured for our guests and ourselves. We accept cheques from within the UK only. We do not charge any taxes and there are no hidden charges.

    A payment deposit of 100 / US$160 of the total cost of your booking will secure/confirm the dates you have chosen and the balance payable 1 week prior to checking in. All deposits becomes non refundable for cancellations of 30 days or less before the dates that you have chosen.

    Please note that you have the option to pay Deposit or Full Payments. To proceed to pay your Deposit / Full payments please go to our Online Shop & Payments tab where you can pay 100 / USS160 deposit via our Integrated Paypal System or pay in Full.
