My Tuscany house is part of an ancient medieval town called Montacchita. It is placed on a 150m high hill from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view that encompasses the entire valley from Volterra to Pisa. When the air is clear you can see the sea in front of Livorno.

The house has been completely restored to the highest standard with all modern conveniences.

On the ground floor there is an open plan hall and traditional kitchen with Italian style fireplace, and to the right there is a comfortable sitting room.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms suitable for 5 plus an additional bathroom.

Outside there is a garden and a gazebo where one can eat in the open air.
