    Townhouse T2 is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse with a fully fitted luxury kitchen. It is located in Vale da Ribeira, a cluster of Algarve villas set across the hills of a former farmstead, offering a selection of generously appointed villas and townhouses in a striking new development. You can relax within the calm of a rural landscape or sample the pleasures of the famous five kilometre-long Meia Praia beach, explore the cosmopolitan buzz of ancient cities or the daily rhythm and bustle of traditional working fishing ports. All within 10-15 minutes drive from the townhouse. You will enjoy the Algarve at its best.

    Bedrooms: The Townhouse has 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
    Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are en-suite. Master suite with bath/shower over, bidet, basin with marble surround and wc. En-suite shower room to bedroom 2 with sink and wc. Guest toilet in entrance hall.
    Kitchen: Fully tiled and fitted kitchen with black granite work surfaces and integrated stainless steel appliances with oven, microwave, 4 burner hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
    Utility Room: Boiler, cleaning equipment and storage. Iron-board , iron and drying rack.
    Living Rooms: Spacious open plan dining /living room with sofa and two comfortable chairs in front of Sat. TV with DVD player, stereo set.
    Other: Beautiful country sea views from both bedroom terraces. The stairs can be fitted with a gate for security of your toddler.
    Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Linen change 1 times per seven nights included.
    Cleaning 50 € (in case of a 2 week stay, a compulsory weekly cleaning will be done). Towels for the pool are available.
    Extra maid service can be arranged and charged separately.

    Notes on accommodation
    A travel cot and/or high chair are available on request at no extra cost. The townhouse has air-conditioning fitted in all rooms.
    Internet connection available upon request. We charge € 3.50 per night for a USB stick (Fair Use Policy).

    Location description

    Algarve

    Lagos
    A few kilometres to the west of Vale da Ribeira, Lagos owes its roots to the Romans and Moors. Integrated into Portugal in 1249, it was from here that Vasco da Gama sailed in 1497 to establish the first direct sea route from Europe to India under the patronage of Prince Henry the Navigator. Remains of defensive forts testify to the turbulent past of the city.

    Today Lagos welcomes visitors from many countries, including yachts passing on their way to the Mediterranean or even to the Americas. Daily markets testify to the vitality of local agricultural produce, while artisan shops, boutiques, shoe and leather shops offer a wide choice of locally-made goods. An extensive cultural programme, a wide choice of restaurants and a thriving night life during the summer months make this a ‘must’ for visitors and residents alike.

    Portimao
    Based around a natural harbour at the mouth of the River Arade, Portimao is a thriving town with a long history stretching back to the Phoenicians and Greeks, a bustling fishing port and marina, and a market town popular with locals and visitors alike. The town offers something for everyone: a starting point for boat tours and deep sea fishing trips, museums and art galleries reflecting the town’s cultural roots as well as exhibiting today’s local artists, shops and boutiques, a thriving nightlife (notably the “Festival da Sardinha” in August). And, of course, local food – with a row of small, privately-owned fish restaurants serving freshly caught sardine lunches on the riverside near the town bridge a particular attraction.

    Autodromo do Algarve
    While Vale da Ribeira is synonymous with peace and tranquillity, it’s also just a quick 15-minute drive to the new hi-octane motor-racing circuit and technology park of the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, to the north of the A22 motorway. Launched to coincide with the final round of the 2008 World Superbike Championship in November 2008, events scheduled for 2009 include a round of the 2008-09 A1 Grand Prix season, a Le Mans Series 1000km night race in August, the final round of the 2009 GP2 Series season and Formula 1 training sessions.

    Check in from 17.00 hours. We are flexible, but we are grateful for departure before 12.00 AM.

    Booking Notes
    A 50% deposit is required on booking, 50% must be paid one month before date of arrival.
    The deposit for the townhouses is € 200,- cash upon arrival. Refund is upon departure.
