Casa Epfal is a spacious comfortable 5-bedroomed house in the peaceful village of Melegis offering views over the heart of the Lecrin Valley with its famous orange trees spreading out in the distance. The house is situated in the quiet part of the village were you can walk among the orange and lemon groves.

The house is well-equipped and has partial air conditioning (master bedroom suite and living area) in summer and oil-fired central heating in winter.

There is a well-equipped roof terrace with lovely views as well as the pool terrace (with cold water shower). The house has private parking outside and is within walking distance of "Los Naranjos" - one of the Lecrin Valley's most popular restaurants - where it is possible to dine outside on the delightful terrace beneath the shade of a massive grapevine for most of the year.

The size of this property make it an excellent cost-effective base for 2 families holidaying together and is within easy reach of Granada, the Costa Tropical and also the Sierra Nevada ski resort (50 mins).

The village of Melegis has a population of approx 1200. It has two bakeries, two small supermarkets, two bars and restaurants and a tobacconist plus local bank and beautiful old church. Pharmacy, dentist and medical centre in nearby Talara appox 2km. Durcal is the closest large town approx. 10 mins drive which has all necessary shops and amenities.
