Pricing for short breaks is calculated as follows, Minimum stay 3 nights: 3 Nights = 65% of weekly rent, 4 Nights = 75% of weekly rent (unless otherwise stated).

20% booking deposit is required in advance and remainder payable at least 3 days prior to arrival. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with balance.

Winter heating charge £50 per week

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit card or credit card. Credit card bookings are subject to a 2% fee to recover the charges made by the card companies.

Maidstone is the county town of Kent, England, only 35 minutes (32 miles / 51 km) south-east of London. The River Medway runs through the centre of the town linking Maidstone to Rochester and the Thames Estuary. Historically, the river was a source and route for much of the town's trade.

Best known for being home to the world-famous Leeds Castle – hailed as ‘the loveliest Castle in the world’ - there is so much more waiting to be discovered in Maidstone.
