Late payment will cancel the booking and forfeit the 25% deposit . All cancellations must be in writing. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or damage whosoever caused. In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control.
