A large family kitchen with amply crockery/cutlery for eight, gas cooker,fridge/freezer,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and a wood burning stove.
Lounge with 3 & 4 seater sofas & 2 armchairs, WiFi, colour satellite TV, DVD player, Radio, CD player, Books & Games.
Double bedroom with blankets
Bathroom with shower, basin & WC.
FIRST FLOOR;
Two twin bedrooms & one double bedroom all with duvets
Family bathroom with bath, seperate shower cubicle, basin & WC
OUTSIDE;
A large enclosed garden & patio with garden furniture. In the barn opposite is stored the cushions also the barn has a table tennis table & houses the tumble dryer. A log store can be found behind the barn with wood for the fire.
There is ample space for parking. It is centrally heated and all power, gas & water is included

Location description

From the small village of St Quidy (sometimes on maps spelt St Cuidy) there are quiet roads for walking in the countryside & by car you can visit many historic towns & villages. Such as Josselin & Pontivy with their imposing castles, Carnac with the impressive standing stones and a must is Vannes a delightful walled city at the head of the Gulf of Morbihan. There are delightful beaches & coves along the southern Brittany coast for relaxing, swimming, sailing, surfing & fishing. To the north of St.Quidy is the Blavet river valley with kayaking & sailing facilities & a superb walking area along the tow path from Pontivy to Hennebont.
