Casa-De-Arroyo is situated 2km from the Historical Village of Iznajar with its 32km lake, bars, restaurants and beach facilities.

Casa Rosa and Casa Nispero have a pool, sun loungers and cushions are provided on the pool terrace where there is also a poolside shower. There is a games room adjacent to the pool with table tennis, darts and various board games available. Just 5 minutes drive from the Casa you have a Bakery, Butchers, Veg shops, Supermarkets and Local Market Every Tuesday where you can buy clothes, shoes etc. We do provide a complimentary welcome pack on your arrival of eggs, bread, butter, jam, milk, juice and water. Each Casa has it's own private patio area but on those warm summer evenings guests can enjoy alfresco dining round the floodlit pool terrace. If you wish us to shop for more provisions for your arrival please ask.If you require complete exclusivity for either Casa this can be arranged for a small fee.

Casa Rosa (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 1 with double bed and futon if required.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathroom - wc, bath and shower cubicle.
Kitchen - cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Heating for the winter months.
BBQ, sunbeds.
Large lounge with Satellite TV, video, woodburning fire. Double futon can be accommodated in the lounge if required.
Games Room adjacent to the pool has table tennis table, dart board and various children's games, including pool inflatables.
All towels and linen are included in both properties. Towels changed twice a week and linen once a week.
Sun bed towels not included, but can be hired for 3 euros per towel.

Outside
Self catering houses - both have private patios, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Size of pool 8m x 4m, with safety features for the children.

If you are looking to escape and find the real Andalucia, you have come to the right place. Pj's rural getaway nestles in the hills on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Iznajar.

Iznajar has two annual Fiestas in June and September which are enjoyed by both adults and children

The quiet village of Iznajar is set in the beautiful River Genil valley. Set next to a 32 kilometres long freshwater lake, it offers the facilities of a beach holiday together with the tranquility of rural Andalucia. The lakeside at Iznajar which is set in spectacular surroundings, is very popular for swimming, and beach facilities include sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Golf at Antequera Golf Club, course designed by Jose Maria Canizaries, is only 40 minutes away. PJ's is ideal for those of you who like walking, fishing or just to have a comfortable base from which to enjoy the real treasures of Andalucia including the Anis Museum and the Jamon Museum in Rute which is only 15 minutes away from PJ's.

Rural Iznajar
Iznajar is situated close to the southerly border of Córdoba province, and acts as an entry to the Sierra Subeticas Natural Park, where nature lovers and bird watchers can ramble. The park has recently been designated as one of the worlds Geoparks- parks of geological or landscape interest.

Bars and restaurants are all available in Iznajar along with similar facilities in nearby towns of Tapia, 15 minutes drive, Salinas, 20 minutes drive and Rute, 15 minutes drive from Iznajar.

Directions

Out of Malaga airport take the road to Malaga Centro, after 1km turn right to Antequera on the N331 when the road splits take the Granada road, carry on until the sign Villanueva de Tapia come off there, take the left at the T junction to Iznajar, come across the first and second bridges in Iznajar across the lake, take the next right turn to Priego/El Higueral we are 2km on the left with Casa-de-Arroyo outside our premises.

If Granada Airport, come out of the airport turn left carry on the road until sign for Salinas/Villanueva de Tapia after that same as above.
