Within a short walking distance of central La Rochelle with its many amenities and close to the beautiful Parc Charruyer. Recently refurbished separate kitchen and shower room, spacious bedroom and bright dining room / lounge opening through patio doors onto the terrace and garden.

La Rochelle is a great place to visit any time of the year and the house is well furnished and equipped and has electric heating in each room, making it very comfortable for longer term rentals, special rates can be offered for long stays.

Peak season arrival/departure day is normally Saturday (although could be flexible - please ask) at other times it can be any day of the week to fit in with cheaper midweek travel rates.
