Sebastian's House, sleeping six, is set in the 10 acres grounds of a 16th century chateau. It has.been carefully restored by the owners, to offer a high standard of accommodation with modern facilities, whilst retaining original features. Built into the rocky foothills of the Luberon, Sebastian's House offers spacious accommodation, decorated with French Provencal fabrics and comfortable furniture. It has a cool bright kitchen and sitting area and leading off this, is a large room with exposed stone walls and no natural light, which acts as dining space in addition to the outside dining area. This room can also be used as a third bedroom, with a queen sized bed. There is a large double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom on the first floor. There is also a storage room adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for storing mountain bikes and other sports equipment.

Sebastian's House has its own driveway and exterior parking adjacent to the a private west facing terrace, furnished with chairs, table and bbq.

There is a large fenced 12 x 6.5 metre pool, with comfortable sun loungers to relax on and views of the thyme and rosemary covered hills. For the more energetic there is a tennis court (resurfaced in 2008) in the grounds of the chateau, which guests have unlimited access to.

The town of Pertuis is 5kms/3 miles away and offers a wide range of shops from small family bakers to large supermarkets. There are a wide range of restaurants in the area, and numerous markets and vineyards, where you can sample the local pruduce.

The motorway is only a ten minute drive away, which gives easy access to coastal resorts such as Cassis, Marseille and the Calanques. Also, the cities of Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Arles, which are steeped in history and culture. In contrast there are the famous villages of the Luberon, including Lourmarin, Cucuron and Bonnieux, which are all easily reached by meandering country routes.
