Description
Converted from the old, stone « Chai » the large house, « Cerf » sleeps up to 10 in great comfort. Whilst retaining many of the beautiful, original features (such as the oak and chestnut roof beams) it has all the comforts of modern living.
Outside our guests have use of the stunning 16m by 6m designer pool, BBQ, boules and about 10 acres of grounds.
The main living area is dominated by a panoramic glass doorway, with southerly views across rolling countryside towards the Pyrenees. The kitchen is fully equipped with 90cm range style cooker, 8kg washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer. The salon has a HD 1080p TV with HD TNT TV channels, DVD, a Hi-Fi and local information.
Downstairs there is a fully wheelchair accessible bedroom, with a double and a single bed. The single bed is electric and adjustable for those with specific requirements. This bedroom has a private shower room and WC – also fully accessible.
Upstairs are the three further bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with WC and bath with shower over.
The bedrooms are: one, twin single beds; one triple single beds and one with a double bed.
