This beautiful three bedroom home boasts fantastic views of the river as it is situated along the banks of the River Cere: a distributory of the Dordogne.
The house is situated in the very North of the Lot, on the border of the Correze and Dordogne departments.

The medieval village of Port-De-Gagnac in Gagnac-sur-Cere is rural and yet within easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the Dordogne offering swimming, canoeing and boat trips.
A magnificent area and very popular for keen walkers and cyclists.
There are so many sights to see and visit all within an hours drive; Rocamadour, Callonges-La-Rough and many many more.
There are also so many places to take children of all ages; zoo's, climbing parks, swimming parks, equariums, pony riding, canoeing.
