Set in 2 acres of grounds ascending to the upper gardens and paddock with its full panoramic view of the Teign Valley and over to the wilds of Dartmoor an ideal spot to enjoy with a glass of wine and a book perhaps.

Entering through the front of the house you are set within the heart of the quiet village but inside you are totally private and secluded and at the rear the property then sits on the edge of the rural pastures that lay beyond.
