    Oak Tree House is a stunning modern country house, set in its own grounds down a long drive. Nestwifi-300led in the bottom of a very quiet small valley, surrounded by countryside, yet just only 5 minutes drive from the Exeter junction of the M5, and again just 5 minutes from Exeter airport.

    The grounds are frequently visited by many forms of wildlife, deer, foxes, rabbits, moles. Large numbers of wild birds are always present as Oak Tree House is surrounded by mature deciduous woodland.

    Oak Tree House is perfect for families to relax and play, as the grounds surround the house and are very private, as the house it set down its own long drive, this means the property is very secure, and ideal if car parking is of concern to you.

    Kitchen, triple aspect views,large open living space with great views out over the grounds, large patio doors with large decking area outside.     The North Wing of the house is directly connected to the main house through the dining room, has an upstairs and downstairs, but is in effect fairly separate, may be ideal for separate families etc.

    Bedroom 7, views to the front, bunk beds. The shower room is directly opposite this room.

    Bedroom 8, views over the fields at the rear, double bed, patio doors outside. En suite with shower, wc and wash basin.

    The swimming pool is located just 7 metres from the main house in its own building next to the log cabin games room. The pool is heated to a year long constant temperature of approximately 82`F.

    The pool is approximately 21`x 11` and has a constant depth of 4`, in metric 6.4m long x 3.4 wide x 1.2m constant depth
