The prestigious complex of Vistahermosa, where the villa is situated, is a short drive from El Puerto de Santa Maria. This tastefully decorated and well furnished house is not just "for rent" since it is our weekend and holiday home.
It has central heating, ceiling fans and comes fully equipped with all appliances.
It sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a fire place and french patio doors leading onto a large terrace with sofa, arm chairs and tables.
The spacious kitchen provides access to another terrace with table and chairs for then.
Also on the ground floor there is a single room and bathroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds and another bed as well as a further bathroom.
Outside is a well kept garden with private parking for one car.

Location description
El Puerto de Santa Maria (Costa de la Luz) is an old fishing town along the bay of Cádiz (the oldest city in Europe) on the Atlantic Ocean. It is a lively town with many places to visit and numerous outstanding restaurants, offering delicious fresh fish and seafood.Visit the Osborne Bodega for an unique introduction to the world of sherry.
The fashionable Puerto Sherry Marina with surfing, sailing, various restaurants and cafes is close by, as well as golf clubs.
Santa Catalina beach is 200 meters on foot with 3 kms. of white san overlooking the Bay of Cádiz. This beach is protected from the Atlantic by the Bay of Cádiz.
This historic walled city of Cádiz can be reached by catamaran (20 minutes) from the center of Puerto de Santa Maria.
The town of Jerez de la Frontera is 20 min.by car and has numerous bodegas and shops. It is also home to the world famous Royal Andalusian School of Equiestrian Arts, which features twice-weekly shows (an unforgettable experience).
The Motorcycle Grand Prix is held here in late April/early May. During May you can enjoy the Ferias of Jerez and Puerto de Santa Maria.
Further away, but easily accessed by motorway, are the renowed historic cities of Seville, Cordoba, Granada, as well as the Pueblos Blancos (White Villages) and Ronda.
