Luxury house, superbly furnished and newly decorated for 2011. It is situated on a small urbanization and is well appointed being on the Robert Trent Jones designed Duquesa Golf Course, Costa del Sol. Close to beach and marina, it is only a 3 minute drive or easy walking distance via a footbridge to the shops, bars and restaurants of the blue flag beaches and beautiful port of Duquesa. The house along with only 12 others shares the main secure garden and pool. The lounge/diner is complete with Sky TV, video/DVD and the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. Through the patio doors the swimming pool is situated just 10 yards from the bottom of your own patio garden which is complete with garden furniture. Communal sunloungers are provided around the swimming pool. On the first floor is 1 en-suite bedroom with, 2 further bedrooms and a shower room. On the second floor is a very large roof terrace complete with barbecue and garden furniture. The patio benefits from being in the sun from midday onwards. The large roof terrace is designed in such a way that you can have sun or shade at any time of the day. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided along with electricity. A midweek change of linen is included for stays of 2 weeks or more.

Although a car is not essential it is recommended to fully enjoy the many closeby amenities which stretch from duty free shopping in Gibraltar, the beauty of Seville and along the coast to the ports and nightlife in places like Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Local events

Next door to the marina is the small town of Sabinillas for a real taste of Spain with its many chiringuitos, bars and restaurants. On Sunday mornings it has a large open-air market. A drive into the closeby mountains brings you to the many picturesque white villages with breathtaking views over the Med.
