Casa Molino is part of a new conversion of an old olive mill. It sleeps six and shares a swimming pool with the other three properties. It has a large lounge on the first floor and terrace on the second that take advantage of the superb south facing position with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada.

Casa Molino sleeps six in three bedrooms. Six rooms have windows taking advantage of the south-facing aspect just above the town centre with a the spectacular view from east to west of most of the 3000m peaks in the Sierra Nevada range, snow capped well into spring.

* Within walking distance are shops, a bank, and a choice of bars, restaurants, a weekly market and even a distillery. There is excellent walking and cycling from the door and Diezma is an excellent centre for exploring the Comarca of Guadix, Marquesado de Zeneta, Las Alpujarras,the less well known part of Granada province.

Location description

DIEZMA is a tranquil retreat from which to explore GRANADA, 35km, quickly accessed by motorway, WORLD HERITAGE CENTRE and an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, tapas bars and classical, FLAMENCO, jazz and Arabic music in many different venues.
There is excellent walking and cycling from the door into the SIERRA HUÉTOR park and to reservoir Francisco Abellán. Diezma is an excellent centre for exploring the Comarca of GUADIX Marquesado de Zeneta, the SIERRA NEVADA national park, Las ALPUJARRAS and the less well known parts of Granada province and into ALMERÍA and the CAZORLA park.

Semana Santa processions all through Easter week. Corpus Cristi nine days of celebrations and Bullfighting in Granada. Diezma Fiesta mid August. Other village fiestas every weekend through the summer.

Directions

Diezma is easy to find as it is alongside the A92 east/west motorway, between Guadix and Granada at Junction 276.
The are regular buses between Granada and Guadix stopping at Diezma. Ryan flies to Granada which is only 35 minutes away and we take bookings on any days of the week to enale you to get the best flight prices.There are more flights to Almería and Málaga, both about an hour and a half.
