Denia is a town in the province of Alicante. Our house is on the hill "La Lloma del Castañar", a quiet residential area in Las Rotas surrounded by the national park "Montgó" and with wonderful sea views.

House description: 1600 m2 terrain with natives plants. 127 m2 built. There are four rooms (three available for our guests) with five beds. One room with double bed (160 x 200 cm.), one room with two single beds and one room with one single bed. Wardrobe in each room.
Two bathrooms, one with washing machine.
Living room with chimney, flat TV and DVD recorder.
Kitchen with micro waves, gas cooker with oven, express coffee machine, toaster and crockery enough.
Heating in all the rooms and bathrooms.
Nice terrace with wonderful views and gas barbecue.
Wireless Internet.

The pool (approx. 2,5 x 4,2 m. and 1,50 m. deep) was excavated in the rock A garage and a parking place are at your disposal.

The janitor is in the entry of the hill, in the little house at the left of the anchor.

Location description

Denia is a pleasant small town with about 50,000 inhabitants. Our cottage is located in the area of ​​Las Rotas on the hill of La Lloma del Castañar. The hill is surrounded of the Montgo Natural Park. The view to the sea is impressive. From the swimming pool you can left the castle and the nautical port of Denia and see right into the sea, south of Ibiza. Divers appreciate this protected marine area. Nautical pedestrian promenade along the coast. A beautiful and relaxing 5 km long walk.
Shopping opportunities, there are all sorts in Denia. You can make purchases also provide convenient, usually free.
The area offers ample possibilities for excursions. Especially the 'Oceanographic' of Valencia is well worth a visit.
