A newly built two bedroom airconditioned townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta which is gated for extra security. 5 mins walk from a sandy beach. 2 mins walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 mins drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island.

The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the large heated communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater & 2 seater leather settees. A 32" LCD Flat Screen TV Satellite/DVD/CD Hi-fi ( a large selection of DVD's & CD's have been provided for your enjoyment) An XBox and games are also provided for kids big and small! Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine, ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer.

On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and on the lower level you will find a cloakroom w.c. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and their own private balcony, one has twin beds the other a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the lounge, which has two.

There is a private patio leading from the dining area with patio table and chairs including sun beds. Also supplied are hairdryers and an iron & ironing board for your convenience as well as a travel cot, buggy and highchair. Bedding and Egyptain cotton towels provided

Location description

The town of Costa Caleta (also known as Castillo or Caleta de fuste) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport.
Costa Caleta is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike. There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area.

There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area. The town of Costa Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
