Description of holiday house near Clermont-de-Beauregard, Aquitaine

A few minutes north-east of Bergerac and a stone's throw from the village of St. Georges de Monclard, Dominique and Herve are happy to welcome you at the "Domaine de la Forge".
 
This old mill is surrounded with three hectares of greenery that offers peace and space. The inner courtyard of 500 m² around which the buildings are articulated confers a friendly atmosphere and allows each of the three lodgings to benefit from a private space.

The swimming pool has a normalized fence (NF standard P 90-306) and is for the exclusive usage of the tenants.
 
The design and decoration of "La Grange Haute" and "La Petite Grange" are the work of our friend, the Dutch designer Joris Van Grinsven.

The nearness of numerous tourist, cultural, sports and gastronomic activities will make you appreciate the Dordogne area.

La Maison Gîte is located on the first floor of the main house with two accesses (courtyard side and terrace side)
 
The owners live in a ground floor apartment which is completely independent and has a separate entrance.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Our prices include: bed linen, towels, bath towels for the pool, gas, electricity, heating, wood for stoves or fireplace.
30% of the rental price is payable upon booking and the balance one month prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival. It will be returned within 15 days after the rental.
Gîtes should be returned in the same state of cleanliness as found at arrival ; otherwise a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rentals start on Saturdays at 5pm and end the following Saturday at 10am.
Little animals may be accepted with prior approval.
We kindly request that all guests respect our non-smoking policy inside the gîtes and around the pool.
Cot and highchair can be provided free of charge if requested at booking.
