    Residence 'Corte Campedella' is a beautiful prestigious gated complex located amongst the vineyards in Bande, Cavriana, on one of the 10 food and wine roads of Lombardy: 'La Strada dei Vini e Sapori Mantovani' and hence a paradise for lovers of Italian food and wine. The condominium consists of 12 privately owned apartments in the peaceful Morainic hills just a 15 minute drive from Sirmione or Desenzano, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The building was owned by the Gonzaga family from 13th-18th centuries. The property is located on the battlefields of the 1859 Battle of Solferino as a result of which, the International Red Cross was formed.

    This recently renovated spacious, self-catering, house (120sqm), is on the 1st/2nd floor and is in an ideal location for family holidays as it is situated in private grounds accessed by an electronic security gate.     Shared Pool, The sun shade is a gazebo. The communal garden is well stocked with flowers, shrubs and trees. A gazebo and chairs are located next to the swimming pool. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (weather permitting). Sun loungers are available for guests' use in the summer months. 2 additional fold away garden chairs are available in the lounge area.

The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable. A breakage/security deposit of 150 is payable with final payment at least 8 weeks before arrival.
