One of our most luxurious properties, an exquisite & stylish 4 storey house sleeping up to 12 guests with a double sofa bed in the lounge, plus a fantastic roof terrace with views over the roof tops of Brighton - you can even see the famous West Pier across the chimney tops where the seagulls love to perch. Interior designed to an exceptional standard using stunning original wallpaper together with Farrow and Ball paints.

There are 5 exquisitely styled bedrooms with delicious wallpaper and coordinating cushions, 2 with luxury en suite bathrooms, a further family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom.

In the large living room relax in the comfortable large sofas, surround sound and full Sky entertainment facilities.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you.

There are 6 steps up to the front door from street level.

Parking Information
There is no parking available with this property. There are on-street meters and the nearest NCP car park is at Regency Square.

There is the added bonus of a small patio area accessed through double doors from the Kitchen, complete with table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.

Family Bathroom
Large bright master bathroom on the second mezzanine floor, with a bath and hand held shower, plus a shower cubicle, WC, handbasin and a heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom
A large glamorous boudoir on the first floor, with en-suite. A fabulous, contemporary crystal chandelier and bay windows overlooking the elegant quiet street outside.

King size double bed accessorised with pretty throws and cushions.

Huge built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home. There is also a full-length mirror, hair dryer and an additional TV.

This room has zip & link beds so you have the choice of double or twin beds, please let us know your preference prior to your arrival.

Directions

By air:
Gatwick international airport is half an hour by road and rail from Brighton. The M23 connects Gatwick to Brighton and the London -Brighton rail link passes through Gatwick train station which is an integral part of the airport.

Heathrow international airport is on the M25 which connects with the M23 at junction 7. There is a direct coach link to Gatwick or you can take the underground (Picadilly line) to London Victoria and catch a train or coach to Brighton.

By road:
From London: the M25/23 link provides road access from London and the rest of the country.
From east and west: the main A27 and the A259 coast road connect Brighton to citys west and east. The A259 passes right along Brighton seafront.
National Express coaches depart for Brighton from London Victoria coach station 19 times a day.
