Stairs lead to the first floor with a modern fitted shower room, classic roomy double bedroom with a small balcony. Up the stairs to the top floor and a good sized feature lounge with original oak beam ceiling greets you.

Walk out to the roof top terrace with views over Blanca town, the church and castle and of course the mountains for your morning tea or coffee and relax later on with a glass or two of wine!

In a good location in the historic antique quarter of Blanca town and within very short walking distance to all local amenities including bars, restaurants, theatres, public indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, sports halls, shops, markets, medical centres, cinemas, and many organised sports and activities.

Location description

The Ricote Valley
The historic Ricote Valley stretches approximately 20 kilometers end to end and is situated in the beautiful province of Murcia.

This area is traditionally Spanish and therefore the way of life is more friendly and relaxed then you might expect. If you want to take part in the many fiestas, and the cultural way of life then this is the place for you.

The Segura River
The Segura River runs through the Ricote Valley and was the reason the Moors settled making this a principality based on the Orchards that were able to be grown. Settlements in this area have existed since the Neolithic times.

Great Location
Only 20 minutes to the major town of Murcia with everything you could need and less than an hour from Alicante and an easy drive on the motorways.

The beaches of Mar Menor are about an hour away and two national parks are also within 45 minutes.
