Large detached self catering holiday house sleeping up to 15 in main house and attached Cottage Annex. Fully equipped to a high standard with all facilities for groups and families.

The kitchen has a large double range cooker, butler sink, microwave, additional seating, high chair and fully equipped for group self catering. A dining room with a large table seating up to 16 and the lounge has ample seating, large surround sound TV with Sky Sports and Films and lovely open fire. We supply a free unlimited supply of logs.

6 bedrooms (one in Annex) with flexible layouts as doubles or twin rooms in some cases. 3 bathrooms (one in Annex) and one downstairs in main house. We provide lots of games including table football, games table of up to 20 games, board games, puzzles, books and more.

Valley View is situated in its own grounds with gardens to front and back and off street parking. There is a patio area around the back with tables, chairs and BBQ available in the warmer months.

We also supply wi fi internet, phone for local and emergency calls, Sky Sports and Films on 2 TV's and other Sky channels, x-box and ipod player.
