This superbly situated luxury two bedroom two bathroom (sleeps 4) semi-detached corner house. It is without doubt in one of the best positions on the complex! Casa Sara is situated on a quiet small well maintained complex, with parking right outside your door. There are three terraces, one is a private roof terrace. Casa Sara is overlooking a lovely park and beyond orange trees. On the outskirts of the charming seaside village Alcossebre on Spains picturesque Costa del Azahar (orange blossom coast). Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the roof terrace, with mountains stretching behind the property.
It is a 5 mins. stroll to the coast and another 5 mins. walk to the beach. Nearest restaurants and supermarket are a 10 mins. walk. The village is a 20 minutes walk from the complex.
More and more people are discovering the delights of the sandy beaches, marinas and yacht clubs that can be found all along the coastline. Once visited, it is easy to see why many people are falling in love with this beautiful part of Spain.
On this stunning stretch of coastline lie the twin villages of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre. Positioned within an area of conservation Alcossebre’s development has been strictly controlled - no high-rise buildings.
Alcossebre lies midway between Valencia and Barcelona. Most carriers (Jet2, Easyjet, Ryanair) fly into Valencia and Barcelona. So, you should have no problems reaching the exotic Costa del Azahar!

The house is cleaned and prepared prior to arrival. Quality towels and linen are provided and are changed weekly.

Location description
Alcossebre is a tasteful, peaceful town, ideal for families. Hosting olive groves and uncrowded beaches in the South. Northwards, the rugged Sierra de Irta runs from the town towards Peniscola. Lots of quality restaurants that cater for those wanting romance, family or tapas-style food.This resort boasts five blue flag sandy beaches and lots of activities. The mountains climbing back from the beaches make it an attractive area.
The bustling towns facilities include shops, banks, internet cafes and a tourist information centre where they can advise you on all the local tourist attractions and walks through the Sierra D’Irta National Park.
Costa del Azahar is a very green region with a host of orange and almond groves. With all year round sunshine Costa del Azahar offers a more authentic version of the Spanish Mediterranean.
It is ideally located to discover the wonderful Costa del Azahar. Peniscola and Benicassim are about 20 minutes drive away. You can relax, play golf, scuba dive and cycle to your hearts content.
One key point with regards to Alcossebre on the coast of the Costa del Azahar is its unique position. Most tourists blink and miss it. Most tourists are travelling to Peniscola and totally bypass Alcossebre. Therefore Alcossebre has managed to stay out of the main public eye.
Other activities
Activities include fishing, diving, horse riding, squash, snorkelling, and Mini Golf. The beaches are equipped with football pitches, volleyball nets and play areas and also offer the opportunity to hire pedlos, windsurfers, scuba diving, jet-skis and sailing all available in season.Tourist attractions
Its an hour away from Port Ventura theme park (Spain’s Universal Studios), 25 mins Go Karting, 25 mins Marina d’or, 90 mins Valencia for Formula 1, Moto GP, Americas Cup and Oceanografic, 30 mins Aqua Marina Water Park and finally three golf courses within a 30 minute drive.Places to visit:
- Castellon is the capital city of the province and is located right on the coast, only 30 minutes by car from Alcossebre.
- Peniscola is situated only 20 minutes north of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre, is probably one of the Mediterranean’s best known landmarks with its famous Templar castle and fortress. The castle is the second most popular tourist attraction in Spain.
- Barcelona is Spain’s second-largest city and is full of history and culture. Barcelona is just over two hours’ drive from Alcossebre on the motorway.
- Vinaros is renowned for its local speciality seafood dishes and each year in February they have a carnival similar to the Mardi Gras in Rio.
- Perched on a hill occupying a spectacular location is Morella with its medieval castle and fortress, with its unbroken walls. Morella is only a one hour drive from Alcossebre. A lovely village with old fashioned curio shops and restaurants.
- Caverns of St Joseph can be found at Vall d’Uixo, just slightly inland from Nules, south of Castellon and around 30 minutes’ drive from Alcossebre.
- The Columbretes Islands. Only 30 nautical miles off the coastline, this picturesque group of islands forms a horseshoe and is protected as a nature reserve. In the summer months the ‘Barracuda’ sails daily from Las Fuentes Marina.
