The living room of 50 m² achieved from the careful restoration of an old camera intended for grain storage, has a fireplace, air conditioning and heat pump like the kitchen that is equipped to make use of it.

The house has a terrace and a courtyard of 150 m²

The "Fernando de Rojas" cottage was built on the original structure of a seventeenth century house, retaining its existing remains restoration of old and at the same time, incorporating all the comforts of today.

The house is located in the heart of the municipality and 2 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, the hub of town.
Our village is equipped with all the infrastructure of a village with about 8,000 inhabitants.
