A beautiful home with a spectacular view of the sea.

We stayed at Birdsong for three nights in March and it was perfect. It's a large house that accommodates big groups, so we never felt on top of each other. It has everything you could possibly need; multiple bathroom facilities, a big kitchen and living room and a pool/football table to keep us occupied after a long walk or while waiting for the rain to clear. We immediately felt at home. Best of all was the view of the sea which is breathtaking and totally unexpected.

The house is a short walk to the white sandy beach and blue sea. Definitely one of the UK's hidden gems. St.Ives is also a lovely little place and I especially enjoyed my trip to the Barbara Hepworth museum and sculpture gardens - not to be missed if you are a fan of her work or sculptures generally!

I hope to visit again very soon!

    Fabulous views

Thank you for a lovely week. The views from the house are just stunning, I'm really missing getting up to that this week, still working through the washing piles as you do. This is the first family holiday we have had for a while and all thoroughly enjoyed it, especially sitting looking out over the Bay with a glass of wine or two. Back to reality now.

    Fabulous Holiday Home September 2021:-

The accommodation was perfect, well equipped and clean. Bedrooms downstairs made the most of the view from the lounge and huge terrace. Little extras like wine and flowers made us feel very welcome. The drive takes two cars but is quite steep. We parked one car on the road round the corner where there was plenty of parking. Would recommend Birdsong for a large family group especially if you love the sea and walking.

Ideal Home with stunning views, August 2021:-

It was our first stay at Birdsong and we were more than pleased to find such a lovely large residence located in a most beautiful location nestled in the hill tops. The views from the balcony were truly amazing overlooking Carbis Bay. The house suited all three generations of our family as there was so much to enjoy for our teenage granddaughters both inside and outside. The short walk to the beach was just perfect as they both love swimming and surfing. We were able to visit other coves and coastal walks in western Cornwall but we were all drawn back to Carbis Bay and St Ives for the spectacular scenery to be enjoyed. We would highly recommend Birdsong and hope to return again in the near future.

My family holiday, all 8 of us had a lovely time here. It's a big house so we never felt we were on top of each other. It's in a great position with views that you'd love to have every day of the week. The whole house was geared to make you feel comfortable, tastefully decorated and the upside down just makes it. The games room is great. We spent many hours enjoying ourselves playing snooker or pool. Although we ate out a few nights we all used the well equipped kitchen to cook meals. A bbq is there to use too which we used on the last day. The position is ideal as at the bottom of the garden is a coastal walk to either Carbis Bay or St Ives or even further if you are able. My daughter had two dogs too which helped with our enjoyment. Even had a utility room that they felt really comfortable in at night time. The house has a lovely garden too so you can either relax on the large balcony or patio below. Overall an excellent holiday and would fully recommend.

Family consisting of myself, DW (dear wife), two adult daughters, in-laws and outlaws, for a one week Easter break. We couldn’t have wanted a finer house. Extremely well equipped from fine wine glasses through BBQ to Pool Table. The view ......... I could die here 😇 You won’t be disappointed
