Lovely apt in fab location

We've stayed at this apartment for the past 5 years now & always feel thoroughly at home & never want to leave.

The apartment is a good size, spotlessly clean & overlooking beautiful gardens & large swimming pool. The complex is in a secure gated area & always peacefully quiet which is delightful.

Paloma Park is just across the road & the Selwo Marina Park is right across the road which is a perfect day out for families.

Easy walking distance to the village Arroyo, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants & bars. Everything is close by so a car is not essential.

We love Benalmadena and always love staying at this apartment.

PS. The little welcome pack of essentials (ie: bread, ham, water, milk) to get you settled in is perfect. Thank you. : )

Great for a short vacation or a long stay.

We are a senior Canadian couple who have rented this apt. for the last six years. We spent six or seven weeks in Feb. and March enjoying the long stay. The Apt is well equipped in the kitchen, and also includes bedroom and bath linens. There is British TV for any evenings at home. The location of the apt is perfect. It is a six block walk up to the train station and a three block walk to the coastal road for the bus. The Commuter train (which stops in Benalmadena) travels from Malaga to Fuengirola with more than a dozen stops along the way. We do not rent a car and make good use of the train. The Promenade walk at the coastal road is a most pleasant trip along the shore of the Mediterranean to the marina ( or further to Torremolinos). Restaurants are plentiful, and grocery shopping is close by. A wonderful park across the street, also markets on Wed, and Fridays. The bus stop for excursions to Gibraltar, Grenada, Ronda, Cordoba etc is on the coastal road. This is a great apt. for a short vacation or a long stay in Benalmadena

Wonderful Holiday Apartment.

We have stayed at this apartment several times and have always been extremely satisfied, it has all you need for a fantastic holiday, comfortable clean accomodation overlooking lovely gardens and pool. It is in a delightful position, short walk to beach, shops and the beautiful Paloma Park.
There are numerous restaurants in Arroya, Bonanza Square and down by the beach all serving delicious meals at very reasonable prices.
We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and are looking forward to returning again in the future.
