A nice stay in a great location.
This is a nice apartment very close to the shared pool and from the rear of the property the terrace is right next to the green (Golf Course). Views are extensive and you can see from the rear terrace over to the Marina and the sea beyond. As the apartment is set lower than the road and pavement it is quite a sun trap, from the front of the apartment.
The apartment has one bedroom, kitchen/Lounge and bathroom (no bath,shower only) washing machine is in the bathroom. Lounge is equipped with a tv (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 etc) all you would need really. Television is not a part of our hols, but just a quick look at news at home is about all we watch.
The bedroom has two single beds, one chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes, with a safe inside, which was very useful (electronic safe). Beds were ok, a little hard for us, but everyone is different. I would say that the quality of Bed linen was not good and black sheets would not have been our choice. Hairdyer and accessories are also in the bedroom.
The Kitchen is equipped with all you would need for a self catering holiday. Enough plates and cutlery for 4/6 people. Iron and Ironing board, pots and pans etc.
When we first arrived at the property there was a drain smell, which we think was coming from the washing machine and possibly the sinks. This was the case for a couple of days, but once water had been used and a little bleach (down the plugholes) the smell did disappear.
The kitchen worktops were tired and as they were tiled the grouting does need attention as there were gaps around the tiles. Some areas would benefit from a coat of paint to freshen the place up and then the apartment would be very good. The apartment is a great base and in a very nice area of Amarilla Golf. Only a short walk away from bars and resturants, although if you want a lively nightlife this won't be the area for you, Los Cristianos or Las Americas will be the place for that. If you are a golf lover and play you could not be anywhere better.
We will return to Amarilla Golf as this is a nice area and all we needed for a relaxing break.
