Mare Verde Apt. C17
Ideal location, Supermarkets, Restaurants all close by, only a few minutes walk to the beach, a few steps to the pool, couldn't ask for more. The Apartment itself was well furnished and well equipped, very comfortable, felt just like being at home. Loved the TV with the british channels and great selection of DVD's if you didn't feel like going out at night.

the apartment is exremely well furnished and equiped with everything you could need or wandt for your holiday my two sons in particular appreciated the wide range of dvds available to watch on the widescreen tv. only way to improve this apartment would be air con. the resort pool is about six feet from the front door of the apt great for sunbathing and a refreshing dip. also val and dave were brilliant.

Fantastic apartment & location on complex
Had a thoroughly enjoyable time in apt C17. Couldn't beat walking out of the apartment door to be poolside!!
Really well decorated and maintained - heard several other guests unhappy with their apartments everything in C17 was exactly as described and made for a wonderful family holiday.
So much so... we'll all be returning next year!

Everything was Ok.
Just there is some problems with car parking (its hard t find there to park in the midle of the day but in the evening we always got a space for our car.
Second thing is cockroaches but as we saw on the street cockroaches are big prblem for whole tenerife. They are everythere like lizzards :)
To sum up I can say that its perfect place for people who dont like hotels but prefer modern and comfortable stay. I would rate it 8,5(10)

Fabulous!!!
Brilliant holiday, lovely apartment...lots of fun with the pools and the connecting slides! Just five minutes walk from the beach, which has some lovely restaurants.
Apartment was very clean and tidy, with a terrace area ao that we could sit outside to eat.
Cheap taxi ride to Las Americas where there is brilliant night life :)

A Fantastic Break
My boyfriend and I booked a holiday in Tenerife with two friends and their 3 year old daughter. We wanted somewhere close to everything but away from all the noise.
When we arrived at the apartment we had a very friendly greeting from Val and she let us in our apartment. We were sooooo pleased with what we saw. it was a home away from home, everything was there that we needed. a fab front room, tv and lots of dvd's to choose from which we thought was a great touch. comfortable beds, lovely up to date kitchen and nice shower room.
In the complex we felt extremely safe and comfortable.
we would definately book again and we can not fault one part of the apartment or holiday experience except it wasn't long enough :)

great easter holiday
Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that has just been re-furbished.Pool ten steps from front door and beach within 10 mins walking distance.Plenty of shops/bars & restaurants in the locality.Highly recomended.

Had a lovely week staying in this aprtment . The apt. is spacious, clean and well looked after. The kitchen looks to be brand new and makes for an overall enjoyable base for spending your time in.

Mare Verde complex was excellent
Thank you, my family I and had a wonderful time and intend to use the apartment again in the next year or two. We found the apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable. The Mare Verde complex was excellent and secure and situated in a lovely area near some very good beaches. Can't really think of any negative points and will look forward to coming back.
