Pebble Beach Leo Apt 480
We had a fab time at pebble beach, the hot tub was a real bonus.
Appartment was nicely kitted out & the position & southerthly facing patio certainly helped to enhance the tan.
Although we didn't explore very much, We felt it made sense to hire a car as the supermarket within walking distance, although adaquate for the first day, was quite pricey & limited.
This also made economic sense as the taxi fare there & back to Mercadona, the Airport etc would soon add up & the daily rate for car hire was very reasonable.
There were enough bars & restarants within walking distance for our needs (but don't expect a party!)

Best Christmas ever!!
We had the most wonderful time here. The apartment is just as pictured and described. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only negative was we actually had to leave, and get back to a cold Sweden.

A wonderful holiday
I would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this apartment. We have been visiting Tenerife for many, many years and have to say that this was the best and most enjoyable holiday we have ever had here. The property was exactly as described and decorated to a very high standard. It was perfect for our romantic tranquil holiday. We found the property excellent value for money and have to commend you on the cleanliness and tidy state of the property which was exceptional. The customer service again was excellent and Rosemary, David and Tina were all very helpful and were only to happy to help us.
We did not personally move far from the apartment as we had gone away to have a relaxed holiday and wanted to soak up some of that lovely sunshine and the two balconies allowed us to do that from sun rise to sunset! The Jacuzzi was an inspired addition to the facilities and helped make the holiday all the more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this property highly enough and have to say the second day we were there we were looking on the internet to see when it was free next year! The only reason we did not book there and then for a return trip was the flights for the time we wished to say was not yet available to book!
We had hired a car but if any guests are not intending to go far when on their holiday I would advise them not to bother. It is a very short distance from the airport and next time we return we will consider using taxis as in the long run it will be cheaper if we have the same type of holiday.
It was also lovely on getting there late on the Sunday night to find that a little welcome pack had been left with milk, tea coffee and sugar, and other little welcome touches.
We will be back!

A greet place to stay
What a great apartment, had everything as described, would be a good idea to update website regarding TV as we expected an old one and no DVD but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. Thought the golf clubs were a nice touch. Bus timetables as provided by hotels useful, the 489?quick bus to los christianos timetable or any in the apartment would be useful.
Cornish pasties in local supermarket ie fairways fantastic and home made on the day.

Excellent Apartment *****
We have just returned from a two-week stay in this apartment and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who is thinking of choosing it for their own vacation.One word of warning,if you are looking for a place in the middle of all the action where you can party the night away,then read no further,this is not for you,;if,however,you want a quiet residential area but close enough to shops/restaurants/tour organizers and do not want the bother of a car then you will like it here,we had a car as we prefer the freedom it gives us,but it is not essential as the airport is only a short ride away.
The rental is in a good area,overlooking the harbour/marina/ocean where you can watch the boats coming and going,including the submarine,from the terrace which gets the sun all day.The terrace is partially covered which was great as it was quite windy during our stay but so sheltered in this part of the property,indeed,during the daylight hours it became our sitting room.There is enough space for sunbeds and a table and chairs plus room to move the furniture around for shade when required,of course having our own hot tub was ideal.
The furnishings are of a good standard,with comfortable beds,and the kitchen equipment meant we could cook at home as everything was on hand with matching sets of cutlery and dishes,plus a washing machine/coffee maker/kettle etc.
We thought it excellent value for money and would certainly consider it again in the future.

We were very pleased with apartment & area. Nice walks to neighbouring resorts. Nice views of Marina. Well equipped & good value. Added bonus of jacuzzi on sun terrace & all day sun. Highly likely would revisit.

Great position
Lovely apartment right by the sea. Very clean and well equipped. Within 15 minutes walk of at least 20 restaurants and bars, all reasonably priced. The hot tub was wonderful. Area is so quiet.

perfect holiday
The apartment is a perfect gem . Clean modern and very comfy.The hot tub is a lovely touch. We hope to visit Tenerife again and will not hesitate to book this same apartment. No complaints. Only praise
A small fishing village, Los Abregas is within walking distance and the fish restaurants are superb. We met the owners who accomodated all our needs and Tracey the cleaner was a lovely lady .

Review
The apartment was well presented, clean and modern and had everything you need for a week long break. There was a welcome pack which included with a chilled bottle of wine too!
The swimming pool was a 2 minute stroll away and was very clean and quiet with enough sun loungers for everyone. The area itself is a little quiet if you're looking for busy bars. There are some decent little bars and restaurants within walking distance and there is enough choice for a week, we ate in a couple of times and used the BBQ.
Only down sides were that the apartment could do with air conditioning and the bathroom is very cramped.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, views of the golf course, marina and sea whilst eating al fresco!
It was beautifully furnished and to lie in the jacuzzi at night looking at the stars was a real luxury.
very quiet residential area so if you are looking for exciting night life this is not the place for you, however if it is rest and relaxation you want then this is perfect.

Beautiful, relaxing holiday!
My daughter and I have just returned from Pebble Beach and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was exactly as advertised and was immaculately clean and inviting. The view was uninterrupted of the sea and the marina and the whole apartment was private with no distractions. The ideal spot to sit and read, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. It was easy to walk along the coastline and explore the area and the breeze meant the glorious sunny weather was comfortable. Definitely somewhere to visit again. Many thanks

A real getaway
We stayed at this apartment for two weeks in July and enjoyed perhaps THE most relaxing holiday ever! The apartment is a short taxi drive from the airport in a tasteful development that backs directly onto the Atlantic ocean. To get off a plane and get into the hot tub with a complimentary glass of fizz was heavenly! The kitchen and living area, complete with english television channels, felt like a home from home. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom had an amazing power shower. However, the properties outstanding feature had to be the terrace that was south facing and perfect for whole days lying in the sun with a good book. The breeze from the water made temperatures around thirty celsius bearable; whilst sitting in a jacuzzi watching fishing boats leave from the marina was incredibly relaxing. A ten minute walk along the ocean leads to the local centre full of restaurants, the best being Rendezvous at the Winter Garden's complex. Overall, the experience was everything we wanted...private, relaxing, close to a wide range of amenities and very, very, very pretty! We will aim to book here again!

Enjoyable & relaxing
Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nice touch having tea,coffee etc on arrival. Hot tub was very welcome but could have better position, as when sunbathing very little room for both sun beds in the sun. Information pack could contain more info i.e bus time table.
Would recommend this apt for couples who wish to chill out & relax.
Late checkout was much appreciated.

Leo 480 Pebble Beach
We have just returned from a lovely peaceful week at Apt. 480 Pebble Beach. The property is well maintained and felt like a home from home. It was lovely to go back in the evening and sit watching the boats coming and going from the marina. The Terrace Bar on a Sunday afternoon with Darren strumming his guitar and Alan, host of the Premier Bar, made us very welcome. A walk into San Blas is a must with its lovely 'village square' where you can sit and people watch while enjoying a meal and cool beer. All in all I would certainly recommend this apartment and our thanks to Brian who was more than happy to help us when we phoned him.

this apartment was everything and more. it was exactly as described.nice clean and well looked after apartment. it has a superb setting overlooking the marina and what better way than after a long walk out than relaxing with a nice glass of wine sitting in the hot tub watching the darkness set in.very much recomended.

Enjoyable winter break
Very nice apartment, exactly what you need for a winter break, very nice and clean and well equipped. Loved the hot tub but it needs to be a couple of degrees higher at this time of year, body temp being 37deg. Plenty of bars in walking distance.
Lovely views though the nice fencing in front of apartments was removed during our stay and replaced with bright orange plastic stuff. Am sure this is only temporary and will be replaced soon.
All in all we had a ggod week, good rest and most importantly we thawed out from the -15deg uk weather.

Just like to say how much we enjoyed ourselves at your lovely apartment in Pebble Beach.There was everything we could possibly need, The apartment was lovely and clean and well maintained. The Hot Tub was fantastic,we used it every day. The area was very peaceful and quiet.The only downside was that the bus stop was a good distance away, so really you could do with a car to get out and about. Fabulous Apartment
We had the most fabulous time! The apartment is wonderful, just wonderful! So well equipped, furnished to the very highest standard, every possible kitchen accessory you could wish for, and the added bonus of the washing machine is just perfect! Came home with a case full of clean (not ironed!) but clean clothes!
The crowning glory is of course the Jacuzzi which we used every evening. A glass of wine as the sun went down, ..don't think it could get any better than that!
The complex is lovely, very well maintained and beautifully quiet. Location was perfect for us.
We will definitely use the apartment again , probably the same sort of time next year and will contact you again when we know dates.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to the owners and congratulations on such a wonderful holiday let.

Wonderful holiday
My friend and I have just returned after spending one wonderful week in this apartment. There was everything you need in the apartment for a stress free holiday, the icing on the cake was the chilled bottle of wine in the fridge on our arrival.The area is lovely and peaceful with a glorious walk along the coast to the pretty little town of San Blas (approx 30 mins stroll). In Golf del Sur itself there a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from, however we would strongly recommend the restaurant right next to the outdoor bowling green, the food was to die for. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and we will be back again next year :-) Thanks again Angela and Susan x

Sheer Bliss!!
My wife and I recently enjoyed an excellent stay at Pebble Beach Leo Apartment 480. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday but remains fairly close by car or taxi to the night life of Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
We found the apartment clean and tidy throughout. Plenty of space to hang and store our clothes was another bonus.
The highlight of our holiday was being able to use the hot tub each and every day. To sum it up, sheer bliss!!

Highly Recommended!
We had an absolutely lovely holiday which was topped off by being able to leave our bags in the apartment on our last day. That was very accomodating and made the last day as enjoyable as the rest of the holiday. The apartment was well equipped and we loved the private terrace where I followed the sun all day!
Thanks for a great week, we returned feeling more relaxed than ever. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Amazing Harbour View
We thought that the apartment was nicely decorated, well-equipped and the furniture was suitable and clean. The bathroom was clean, and the soap and shampoo, etc were a nice touch and appreciated.
The beds were comfortable, and the extra blankets were welcome.
From a personal point of view, we thought the spa tub was 'surplus to requirements'!! However, we realise that some people probably love it!
The welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk were much appreciated, particularly after a journey which had required getting up at 2am!!
We had a good time meeting our friends and exploring the island.

CHILL OUT WEEK.
THIS APARTMENT DID WHAT IT SAID ON THE TIN. THE AREA WAS QUIET AND RELAXING. THE HOT TUB SOLD IT FOR ME AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. CHARDONNAY ON THE PATIO AT DUSK WATCHING THE YELLOW SUBMARINE RETURNING CANNOT BE BEATEN.
I HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING TO TENERIFE FOR 20YEARS AND THIS WAS AS ENJOYABLE A WEEK AS ANY. HIRE CAR IS ESSENTIAL. VALUE FOR MONEY IN THIS WELL MAINTAINED APARTMENT.
