A wonderful place to stay

We had a lovely fortnight here in September 2008 and have booked again for next year. La Borie Haute is beautifully situated on a hillside above Tremolat, very quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of the village. The "Pain au Four" cottage was exactly as described, very comfortable and well-equipped, and the pool was wonderful on sunny afternoons. Our very genial hosts Richard and Jane were happy to provide everything we wanted, including help with the language and restaurant booking, etc. Nearby eating places are superb and the local wines must be one of France's best-kept secrets. Very relaxing - we loved it here.
