Villejoubert is centrally located in the Poitou Charente so making it easy to visit such places as Cognac where you can have guided tours of famous distilleries. Angouleme, the main city of the region with it's ancient city walls and cathedral. Poitiers where you will find Futuroscope, a beautifull cathedral and plenty of shops and restaurants. La Rochefocauld with it's magnificent chateau and also within reach of the atlantic coast and the wine region of Bordeaux.
