Villa Soleil Gite is newly built, bright, cheerful, comfortable and welcoming.

On the ground floor is a light and airy lounge / kitchen. Upstairs on a mezzanine is a large bedroom and ensuite shower and wc. The gite can accommodate 4 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons.

The Gite is discreetly situated to the rear of Villa Soleil to ensure privacy and has its own garden, driveway, parking and gate.
A private pool is available for use by guests in the Gite.
The grounds are 3400 mtrs sq giving plenty of garden space. There are lots of trees, shrubs, flowers and terraces.

The owners of Villa Soleil make every effort to ensure your comfort and enjoyment whilst staying in the Gite.

Location description

Fayence is the second of 5 Provencial villages set in a long valley.
They are known as the "villages perche" as each one sits on a hill.
Each village has its own charm with cobbled streets steeped in history and windowboxes full of colourful flowers .
The scenery around Fayence is stunning with forests , mountains, rivers and the beautiful Lake St Cassien. Fayence has a world famous Gliding Centre, Horse Riding Stables, Golf courses,Spas,Art Galleries, Markets, Shops,Antiques and many restuarants.
Cannes beach is a 30 minute drive and places such as Monaco and St Tropez are within easy reach.

From the A8 motorway coming from Nice take exit 39 direction Fayence. Follow the road up past Lake St Cassien until you reach the Valley. Continue to follow sign post for Fayence until you reach the valley.
Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways all fly to Nice Airport. It is a 50 minute drive from Nice Airport to Fayence.
