The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge and microwave.
The separate spacious bedroom has a wooden floor and masses of storage.
The bathroom has a modern shower cubicle with body jets, a washbasin and toilet.
The property has full electric heating.

We offer a range of walking, driving and cycling maps. We ar perfectkly positioned for visits to the major towns of La Rochelle, Angouleme, Cognac, Saintes, Brantom, Royan, Bordeaux etc and are yet only 45 mins easy drive from all the attractions of the Gironde Estuary and the Atlantic coastlines. The fortunes of the area are basd on the production of Cognac and wine and there are plenty of opportunities to sample the local produce.
