Your accommodation is a private self-contained suite here at Gone Fishin' exclusive for just the 2 of you. There are three large rooms within our lovely country house. It has its own independent entrance and hallway. Easy parking. Your own private garden and terrace and is wheel chair friendly.
There is free 24/7 usage of wireless internet.
A bright, cheerful kitchen and dining area
Your modern and well equipped kitchen has a four ringed hob, a microwave, toaster,coffee machine, plenty of utensils, iron, ironing board and towels. The dining table seats four with views overlooking your garden.
For your comfort in the long summer months we have fitted the windows with mosquito nets.
A washing machine is available in the laundry room in the main house. This ensures you have peace and quiet whilst your washing machine goes to work in the evening.
Your Bedroom Accommodation is both spacious and comfortable.
All the linen is provided, a double bed, 4 good pillows, duvet, two wardrobes and two chests of drawers. Early or late in the season an electric blanket is available. A large quiet electric fan is at hand for those hot moments.
Large bathroom - pristine clean
Your modern and recently refurbished bathroom has a large full fitted shower with a seat.
A lovely vanity unit/washbasin and WC.
White bath towels and hand towels and hairdryer are provided.
For your safety the gite is fitted with a smoke detector, a fire blanket and fire extinguisher, all of which are checked regularly.
Spacious and cheerful lounge
You will find extremely comfortable seating with lumbar support in beautiful Italian leather. Gone Fishin lounge offers comfort with seating offering lumbar support.
For your entertainment if you want to spend time relaxing in your gîte, day or night, you will find a UK TV and radio channels, no need to miss those soaps! a DVD player, a CD player, we also have a good supply of compendium games, cards and a choice of over 200 books in English.
There are no steps, all the terrain is flat therefore suitable for use by partially disabled persons. We are wheelchair friendly.
The rooms remain at a comfortable temperature even on the hottest of days. All rooms have views, overlooking either our 19 acres of woodland or across our 2-acre lake.
It is peaceful and quiet, but not isolated and only 8 minutes from local shops and less than 30 minutes by car from major towns like Agen and Villeneuve. The train at Aiguillon can take you to Bordeaux within the hour.
Your beautiful garden again exclusively for you has a lovely shaded terrace, BBQ, loungers.
Picnic benches are placed around your own private lake.
We do not offer a fishing holiday its just a bonus!
We are sure you will have a comfortable feeling of home from home allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Your gîte accommodation is exclusively for just one couple at a time (France4two) promising you privacy and tranquillity which you may not experience when there is more than one gîte on the grounds, something that can often be overlooked.
We have no hiked prices during the high season - just a fare price throughout the summer season and we are already taking Bookings for 2011.

What a delight this corner of France is, the gentle sloping hills and fields that show off their diverse agricultural crops from sunflowers to corn, apples, plums and kiwis. Gentle winding roads and so very few cars, beautiful towns and villages where people always have time to talk to you.The countryside in Lot-et-Garonne offers unlimited scope for walkers and cyclists, and visitors are well placed for boating with the River Baïse never far away
The area can generally be described as a mixture of broad valleys and hillsides with ancient bastide towns and villages, each of which has its own charm offering some leisure and sports activities. We are located halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. 'Gone Fishin' is a perfect place to stay, exclusive for two offering peace and quiet but not isolated. Just a two-hour drive takes you to the Atlantic Coast or thePyrenees, while three hours brings you to theMediterranean.

We are about 20 minutes from the auto route at Damazan exit 6, passing Aiguillon and then heading out towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot branching off the D666 and then heading off down a very quiet country lane.
