Description of holiday finca in Masdache, Lanzarote

"Finca Fajardo" consists of two independent Houses, each one with two bedrooms, that can accommodate up to four people each House.
One of them is rented full (bedrooms, kitchen-living room and bathroom) and the other one is a "Rooms for Rent" type house sharing, the guests, the kitchen and bathroom. In this modality, each room has independent outside access.
The price showed is for the "Rooms for Rent" modality.
The terraces are also independent and the big garden is shared.

Every feature of "Finca Fajardo" maintains a rustic and original feel and look of the typical island architecture, with a beautiful view to the dramatic landscape of the place.

Special mention would have the traditional parts like the "Aljibe"-old tank used as a water reservoir- or the "Era" -big area used for farming works-, etc...

You can also enjoy the terrace and the volcanic garden in "Finca Fajardo", where you can also do your barbecues.
An extension of wine plantation is also in the property.

The parkings for several cars have private Entrance for each House.

We also offer TV, DVD and CD players available for those moments where you want to entertain yourself with some nice music or a good film!

Location description

Located in the village of Masdache, in the geographic center of the island of Lanzarote, "Finca Fajardo" consists of a thick walls of the 18th century building, surrounded by a large sanding of volcanic ash. Nice and quiet, the town is immersed in crops of vineyards where the intervention of the farmer in the area has given rise to a unique landscape. The relaxed atmosphere of "Finca Fajardo" encourages contact with nature. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the area, listening to the birds sing during the day or watch the stars at night...
