This house is settled in a small farm, only 2 Km from the nature park Mondragó and its natural beaches (S’Amarador and Sa Font de Nalis) and 3 Km from Cala Figuera (picturesque fishing port) far away. This is a large private plot of land where you can appreciate the peace and the nature. The owner still combines the tourism (guest accommodation) with farmer activities: vegetables and animals (in the plot). So, guests should have respect to the environment and the animals around the house.

It is ideal for families (until 5 people is available)

This old farmhouse has thick stone walls and it is rebuilt and decorated with very Majorcan feeling and also with rustic style.
On the ground-floor there are a living-room with sofa bed, a genuine style Kitchen with lounge-area and toilette. Upstairs: 2 twin-bedded rooms, large terrace and a bathroom with shower.

220 KW with standard European plugs, SAT-TV, coffee maker, iron, iron board, washmachine, dishwasher, gas cooker, hair dryer and gas central heating.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with solarium and exterior shower (for summer time), also garden furniture and bbq place.
This house is self-sufficient in solar energy and generator
