The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate, where farmers grew tobacco and it has recently acquired the status of historical building.The charming house that resulted by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration, is currently divided into three comfortable apartments and one cottage.

Ground floor apartment with entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into a separate fitted kitchen. A door leads from the sitting room into a matrimonial bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster,mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Hair Dryer. Private equipped terrace on the garden on the side of the apartment.

Every unit has its own reserved equipped space in the garden abd by the swimming pool.The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) vacuum cleaner available for common use. Barbecue area. (three stone BBQ).
The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo and it is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. Being in the center of Tuscany Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and many other art cities will be easily reached...while the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made in Italy fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G and many others.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking .

Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels,*** kitchen linens, swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry (it also means that we will supply all the detergents), it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 200,00 to be paid on cash , upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day), mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person (babies up to three years old do not pay the cleaning fees).
Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is forfeited at € 18,00/day.

Directions

Highway A1 (Firenze - Roma) exit Valdarno. After the exit follow the direction Levane –Bucine- , after about 8 km , you are in the Center of Levane. There is a traffic light , turn left and follow the direction towards Arezzo ( you are now on S.S.69 road) -after about 4 kms ,you will see on your left the sign “ Montalto – Laterina”. Here you turn on the left and follow the road for approximately 6 km, untill you reach a cross road ( Laterina is on the hill on your left), on your left there is also a big Tamoil gas station. Here you must turn on your right “ Via Fabbrica” and you must follow the road until you cross the bridge over the Arno River, after you cross the bridge you will have to turn on your right : there is a white road: you must follow it for about 2.8 km and you will reach the old church and our house.
